Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for warehouse operations, including material loading, unloading, organization, inventory, and material control, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Customer service and document control Perform material loading and unloading from trucks, verifying their entry and exit against invoices and purchase orders, followed by proper storage in designated locations; * Receive, store, and move materials using equipment that does not require specific operator training—such as manual pallet jacks and platform carts—as well as equipment requiring certified operation—such as forklifts and overhead cranes, among others; * Carry out storage, arrangement, preservation, and cleaning of materials and the warehouse; * Serve customers at the warehouse counter, receiving requisitions and delivering requested materials; * Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure stock item accuracy; * Issue outgoing material invoices; * Sort materials for return and forward related documentation for required procedures; * Check for expired items, monitor expiration dates, and notify the Warehouse Clerk when validity is approaching expiry; * Record material issuance transactions in the system; * Control supplier material receipt and verification, cross-checking fiscal documents against purchase orders to ensure conformity with quality, quantities, and specifications; * Organize material storage in appropriate locations to preserve physical integrity and usability according to material characteristics, and to facilitate location and handling; * Receive, issue, and archive material movement documents; * Perform equipment inspection, operation, and maintenance checklists.
