Join us as a **Logistics Assistant in São Lourenço do Oeste/SC**! You will be responsible for supporting data entry and providing delivery support to drivers and carriers. With your experience, your objective will be to ensure organized and controlled deliveries, contribute to the smooth functioning of logistics activities, and support routine operational demands. **A Taste of What You’ll Do** * **WMS System Operation:** Responsible for using and monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements, goods receipt, and dispatch. * **Inventory Management:** Control of inventory levels, shelf-life tracking, identification of losses, and data accuracy within the system. * **Inventory Counts:** Planning and execution of cyclic and full inventories, analysis of discrepancies, and implementation of corrective actions. * **Loading and Unloading Scheduling:** Scheduling and managing receiving and shipping time windows, ensuring efficient vehicle flow, time optimization, and adherence to logistics deadlines **We’re Looking for Someone With** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with administrative routines * Availability to work on Shift A (6:20 AM – 3:20 PM) and on weekends. **What’s Next?** After you apply, a real recruiter will review your application, so it may take several weeks before you receive a response via e\-mail or phone.
