The position is responsible for leading and ensuring the structured execution of administrative routines across operational units, guaranteeing compliance, efficiency, and adherence to corporate regulations. The professional will manage inventory and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring material control, accuracy, and traceability. They will also be responsible for managing service contracts, including performance monitoring, KPIs, documentary compliance, and supplier interface. Additionally, the role encompasses coordination of facilities activities, ensuring infrastructure maintenance, operational support, and continuity of essential services, as well as fleet management, involving maintenance planning, availability control, documentation, and addressing field teams’ demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate inventory management, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with material intake, dispatch, and storage processes. * Supervise warehouse staff activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and alignment with operational needs. * Lead administrative and operational service contract management, including performance tracking, KPIs, documentation, and contractual compliance. * Manage facilities, ensuring appropriate infrastructure, service continuity, and compliance with safety and operational requirements. * Coordinate fleet management, ensuring vehicle availability, maintenance control, documentation, usage oversight, and responsiveness to field teams’ demands. * Ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards, and processes, focusing on continuous improvement, governance, and standardization. * Develop and monitor administrative KPIs, management reports, and action plans. * Serve as the liaison point between internal departments, suppliers, and operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Extensive experience in team leadership. * Prior experience in administrative routines, contract management, facilities, and inventory management. * Experience in operational environments (energy, industry, manufacturing, logistics, or related fields) is desirable. * Knowledge of warehousing processes, material control, and document flow. * Familiarity with fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and operational controls. * Experience with corporate systems (SAP, ticketing platforms, and contract management tools). * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, prioritization, and decision-making capability. * Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage simultaneous demands rigorously and compliantly.
