Job Summary: This Trainee Program offers the opportunity to work in machinery and vehicle maintenance, monitoring planning processes and implementing new work routines. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and implementation of new routines in automotive maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Level:** Trainee **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Responsibilities of the Functional Area:** Systematically perform machinery, vehicle, agricultural implement, and road equipment maintenance processes; Monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling for equipment, providing technical support to guide process decisions and meet internal customer needs; Verify and implement new work routines through studies of new projects in the field of automotive maintenance. **Trainee Program Activities:** In the first year of the program, the participant will carry out activities related to the Development Track and project creation.
