Collaboration with the team to optimize the process A sugar mill in Avanhandava (Rural Area) is seeking a Cane Mill Mechanic. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cane mills and related equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures in equipment. Replace worn or damaged parts. Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure efficient juice extraction. Assist in assembling and disassembling heavy cane mill components. Follow safety regulations and technical procedures throughout operations. Maintain records of maintenance activities and track used parts. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize the process. Previous experience as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Industrial Machinery Mechanic, Maintenance Specialist, or Equipment Repairer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
