




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing automotive maintenance performance indicators and costs, preparing managerial reports, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboards **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators, such as: * Physical availability * Reliability * MTBF and MTTR * Cost per km/hourmeter * Corrective vs. preventive maintenance ratio Control and analyze automotive maintenance costs, including: * Parts, materials, and services * In-house and outsourced labor * Budget vs. actual Prepare managerial reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Contribute to continuous improvement projects, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in Automotive PCM, preferably in the sugar-energy, agricultural, or heavy transport sectors. Knowledge of maintenance indicators and cost management. Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP / CMMS). Advanced Excel (data analysis, spreadsheets, and dashboards).
