Main Responsibilities: * Supervise operational teams (production, logistics, cleaning, maintenance, etc.); * Assign tasks and monitor activity execution; * Ensure achievement of goals, deadlines, and performance indicators; * Monitor quality of delivered services/products; * Control absenteeism, productivity, and team discipline; * Train, guide, and develop employees; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Prepare operational reports and report results to management; * Address day-to-day operational issues; * Serve as liaison between operational teams and management/customers.
