We are looking for a **Shipping Supervisor** to coordinate the team and activities of the department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise tire shipping activities; * Ensure correct separation, verification, and shipment of tires; * Monitor delivery deadlines and cargo flow; * Lead and guide the shipping team; * Track performance and productivity indicators; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards within the department; * Interface with Logistics, Receiving, Warehouse, and Transportation departments. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields preferred); * Proven experience in shipping/logistics; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong interpersonal communication; * Teamwork; * Organized profile with attention to detail. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * ERP system knowledge; * Course in Logistics; * Experience handling high order volumes. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance: R$521.00; * Attendance bonus; * On-site meals; * Total Pass; * Uniform. **POSITION AVAILABLE TO ALL GENDERS.** **Resumes not matching the profile will not be reviewed.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Saturday, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM.** **Note: A personal vehicle is required, as public transportation stops 1 km away from the company.** Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,019.60 – R$2,226.61 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
