Come \#BeTirolez! **Responsibilities and Duties** Establish, analyze, and improve hygiene processes, including CIP (Clean In Place) and COP (Clean Out Of Place); Monitor, audit, and evaluate hygiene processes; Train employees on hygiene procedures and conduct periodic refresher training; Monitor maintenance plans for CIP central units and critical production processes, with a focus on quality; Validate CIP and COP hygiene procedures according to established protocols; Perform sanitary design mapping of the facility; Comply with requirements outlined in company documents; Participate in the development, review, and implementation of documents belonging to the Food Safety Management System; Develop new procedures and control records for routine Quality Assurance activities under coordination guidance; Manage documents using the designated software; Lead Food Safety Team meetings and periodic APPCC Plan reviews, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and products; Ensure that current versions of manuals, procedures, and forms are up-to-date in respective departments and, where applicable, comply with controlled copy systems; Critically monitor and assess the production process, implementing preventive and corrective actions related to processes and products to safeguard food quality, integrity, and safety; Prepare nonconformance reports for suppliers and follow up on resolutions with the production team; Monitor technical visits conducted by the third-party Pest Control service and manage the services provided; Manage nonconformances using the designated software; Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits, as well as develop and verify implementation of action plans; Support resolution of internal and external nonconformances (RNC) and assist other departments in managing action plans; Adhere to the annual Quality Assurance training schedule; Deliver internal training to employees on Quality Assurance topics; Onboard new employees, visitors, and service providers, focusing on Good Manufacturing Practices and other Quality programs; Respond to technical requests and questionnaires from customers; Conduct crisis simulation exercises—including traceability, product withdrawal, and recall—at established frequencies; Comply with internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, adopting safe behavior daily in all activities, performing tasks with critical awareness, thereby contributing to personal and colleagues’ well-being. Lead activities related to FSSC 22000 certification project; Conduct internal audits focused on prerequisites and prepare reports to track nonconformance resolutions; Monitor the action plan and supporting evidence with focus on the Food Safety Management System – FSSC 22000; Monitor performance indicators for the FSSC 22000 certification project. **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards; Experience developing and implementing Quality Assurance documentation; Proficiency in HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree: Completed degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering; Food Technology; Food Science; Dairy Science Bachelor’s; Dairy Technician; Chemistry; Computer skills: Microsoft Office / spreadsheet proficiency; Skills: communication; organization; teamwork; flexibility and adaptability to change; critical thinking; continuous learning; commitment; public speaking ability.
