Description: * Develop and coordinate didactic and technical training, delivering theoretical and technical classes, guiding and supervising practical activities in technical areas and in the field according to established programs at company work sites or at professional training centers. * Train and instruct on operating techniques and the use of machines, equipment, tools, and instruments by transmitting technological and operational knowledge. * Monitor work and learning progress, identifying and correcting errors to ensure training effectiveness and proper learning outcomes. * Evaluate results by preparing follow-up reports to assess employee performance and qualification levels. * Assess candidates based on their performance in practical tests. * Monitor the implementation of changes in production processes, such as rationalization plans, cost reduction, or productivity increases. * Ensure operators comply with and adhere to quality, health, and safety standards and regulations. Requirements: Proficiency in Office Suite; Completed High School education; Technical or Higher Education degree is desirable; Driver's License Class D (CNH D); Residence in Lins, Promissão, or Guaiçara.
