Position of **Junior Financial Analyst**, to be based at our **Porto Alegre or Montenegro/RS unit**. Join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in analyzing activities related to daily financial operations, such as: issuing statements, checks, and reports; controls; recordkeeping; document filing and retrieval; collections; preparing consent letters; verifying invoices; and other related tasks. * Handle the registration, control, and collection of services, including: water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, maintenance, cleaning, and others. * Support accounts receivable activities, such as: collections, receipt and filing of bank slips, deposit and transfer receipts, payment clearance, analysis of receivables, generating remittance lists (borderôs), updating spreadsheets, and other related tasks. * Support accounts payable activities, such as: verifying tax withholdings; providing supporting documentation for tax payments; generating remittance lists (borderôs); completing mandatory forms and declarations; and other related tasks. * Assist in cash flow control. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial routines. **Additional information** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing program; * Meal allowance or on-site cafeteria; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance. **A sustainability reference for 77 years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
