**Working hours:** 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM or 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM — rotating 6x1 schedule **Description:** **-** Responsible for providing information about the local area, recommending tourist attractions, restaurants, and services that match each guest’s interests; - Handling restaurant reservations, car rentals, transfers, event tickets, and other specific guest needs; - Managing unforeseen situations, such as baggage issues, medical emergencies, or any other circumstances that may arise during the guest’s stay; - Daily preparation of supplier spreadsheets, responding to customer emails and WhatsApp Business messages, sending end-of-shift summary emails containing the checklist for coordination, and logging traces; - Daily review of each reservation’s concierge profile notes, performing rooming when necessary, and building enchanting relationships with guests, as part of the team accompanying guests throughout their stay. **Requirements:** **-** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field; - Advanced English (written and spoken) ***ELIMINATORY***; - Familiarity with RM Totvs system; - Experience with Opera system.
