




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred). * Desired: Bachelor's degree with specialization in Project Management. * Advanced English proficiency. * Extensive experience in engineering project management. * Advanced knowledge of Office software packages, especially Excel (VBA) and/or Power BI. * Sharp logical reasoning. * Self-taught. * Determination and discipline. * Proactivity to question the current state and propose improvement ideas. * Planning and execution of engineering projects. * Conducting engineering studies and investment feasibility analyses for projects. . Technical engineering support to other Plant departments. * Coordination and completion of capital projects, supervising all project phases—including conception, planning, execution, control, and documentation—to ensure quality and performance expected by stakeholders. * Development of comprehensive project execution plans focused on scope, cost, schedule, risk management, engineering, procurement, and construction. * Leading project teams to ensure all aspects of the project are adequately considered, including engineering standards and best practices, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and other regulatory aspects. * Defining deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress regarding effective scope, cost, and schedule management. * Preparing project status reports for various stakeholders within the organization upon request. * Monitoring field activities associated with project implementation, including supervision of contracts with third-party engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning companies. * Promoting effective communication among project teams and other departments involved in projects, reinforcing strong alignment among different stakeholders. * Drafting technical specifications for procurement of equipment, materials, and services. * Providing technical engineering support to other company departments upon request. * Supporting the development and implementation of new engineering and project management standards, procedures, and techniques. 2512180202551773853
