· Supervise and manage electromechanical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, technical compliance, and contractual performance in critical activities such as tower dismantling, heavy load lifting, and execution of planning routines. · Main Responsibilities: Monitor tower and metallic structure dismantling, ensuring safe procedures and compliance with regulations. · Supervise heavy load lifting operations, validating rigging calculations and stability assessments. · Ensure adherence to technical standards (ABNT, NR, API, ASME) and contractual requirements. · Manage multidisciplinary matters to ensure project progress; manage multidisciplinary inspection technicians’ team; monitor contract performance, including costs, deadlines, and productivity indicators. · Complete and validate Daily Construction Reports (RDO); participate in and support Lean Construction and Last Planner System (LPS) routines. · Analyze and validate Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). · Ensure best practices across the mechanical discipline overall. · Evaluate non-conformance reports; ensure implementation of risk analyses (JSA) and issue work permits. · Ensure safe practices for working at heights and load handling.
