Job Summary: Perform shutdowns and startups of the evaporation process, controlling parameters, monitoring syrup tanks, ensuring appropriate Brix levels, and conducting analyses and cleaning. Preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5x1 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform shutdowns and startups of the evaporation process, opening and closing steam, syrup, and water valves; Control level, temperature, pressure, and condensate removal in the process; Monitor mixed and clarified syrup tanks; Carry out evaporation of clarified syrup, ensuring appropriate Brix for the cooking section; Perform sampling and analysis of intermediate products, verifying concentration and quality; Conduct mechanical cleaning and preventive maintenance of evaporators; Record and document area operational activities and controls. **Requirements:** Education: Completed High School; Availability for shifts/timings; Residence in Lins, Promissão, or Guaiçara.
