Support inventory planning, warehousing, and shipping activities, respecting priorities, loading windows, and operational constraints. Cost, Freight, and Route Management Analyze and optimize freight costs, routes, delivery timelines, and overall logistics expenses to achieve operational efficiency and waste reduction. Conduct negotiations and manage third-party carriers, external drivers, and, where applicable, the company’s own fleet. KPIs and Controls Monitor logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full [OTIF], lead time, cost per ton/km, damages, returns). Support audits, physical inventory counts, and stock controls as needed. Documentation and Compliance Ensure accurate issuance, verification, and control of fiscal and logistics documents (CT-e, MDF-e, NF-e, delivery manifests, proof of delivery). Comply with and ensure adherence to legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ANTT, RNTRC, transport legislation). Internal Relationship and Interface Monitor and resolve delivery incidents, delays, accidents, and damages, proactively engaging with customers and partners. Maintain direct interface with PCP (Production Control Planning), Production, Sales, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure alignment among production, billing, and delivery. Continuous Improvement Develop and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes, standardizations, and controls. **Technical Requirements:** Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in industrial logistics, preferably within the packaging industry. Knowledge of road freight, carrier management, and route planning. Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
