Job Summary: This operational role involves adhering to company procedures, maintaining a clean workspace, handling materials carefully, and participating in training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a trainer for new employees **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Follow company procedures; * Comply with the company's policy and objectives; * Carry out attire according to the slaughterhouse procedure; * Perform attire and hand hygiene according to the slaughterhouse procedure; * Keep the work environment clean and organized; * Handle materials, instruments and equipment with care and attention; * Request materials for collection such as: vats, ice, scissors and cleaning solutions. * Transport bovine pericardium if requested and agreed upon with the company. * Receive, clean and select the pericardium in the refrigerator according to the Biocollagen procedure; * Preserve the traceability of products using labels and filling out forms; * Participate in training (internal and external) whenever requested; * Communicate to the production and quality manager about any deviations and problems; * Act as a multiplier in “on the job” training for hiring a new employee, when requested by the manager. * Follow company procedures; * Comply with the company's policy and objectives; * Perform attire according to the slaughterhouse procedure; * Perform attire and hand hygiene according to the slaughterhouse procedure; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Handle materials, instruments and equipment with care and attention; * Request materials for collection such as: vats, ice, scissors and cleaning solutions; * Transport bovine pericardium if requested and agreed upon with the company; * Receive, clean and select pericardium in the refrigerator according to the Biocollagen procedure; * Maintain product traceability using labels and completing forms; * Participate in training (internal and external) whenever requested; * Report any deviations and issues to the production and quality manager; * Act as a trainer for new employees during “on-the-job” training, when requested by the manager. **Requirements:*** **Minimum requirement:** Elementary school * **Desired Requirement:** Complete high school education * **Minimum requirement:** Elementary education * **Desired requirement:** Completed high school **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher
