




**Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or completed elementary school; * Proactive and agile; * Good communication skills; * Ability to work in a team; **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and record freezer and refrigerator temperatures in the designated spreadsheet; * Prepare the fresh produce shopping list; * Receive and inspect fresh produce, disinfect, and store in appropriate locations (shelves or refrigerators); * Perform salad pre\-preparation (selection, washing, disinfection, and portioning); * Operate food preparation and handling equipment, as well as heating or refrigeration appliances, under the supervision of the chef or nutrition technician; * Assist in meal pre\-preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients, and preparing simple dishes as needed—salads and vegetables; * Measure food temperatures and record them in the spreadsheet; * Assist in portioning patient meal trays for distribution to nursing stations, according to medical and nutritionist prescriptions; * Portion meals requested by surgeons and staff from the Hemodynamics Unit; * Clean and sanitize equipment, pots, utensils, and work surfaces, ensuring everything is clean and organized for the next shift. Wash large and small pots (rotating duty).
