Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for operating tractors and agricultural machinery, handling instruments, performing adjustments and preventive maintenance, and recording activities during planting. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and handling of less complex agricultural machinery 2. Performing basic adjustments and preventive maintenance 3. Participating in various agricultural processes during harvest and off-season **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5 days on / 1 day off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate the tractor and other less complex agricultural machinery during planting operations. * Operate and correctly interpret onboard equipment instruments. * Perform basic adjustments and minor preventive maintenance on the tractor under their responsibility. * Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, and testing of machinery. * Read and interpret maps and operational instructions, adjusting operation according to field characteristics. * Record performed activities to ensure control and traceability of operations. * Participate in other agricultural processes during harvest and off-season, as required by operational needs. **Requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education; * High School Education preferred; * Driver's License Category D; * Must reside in Lins, Promissão or Guaiçara; * Availability for flexible working hours and shifts. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Pharmacy Allowance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Transportation, Meal Voucher
