




Responsible for providing Traffic Inspection services to users with broken-down vehicles and problems on the highway, assisting in routine highway operations, emergency and construction road signage, monitoring the right-of-way, ensuring the preservation and safety of users, as well as being responsible for removing objects, domestic or wild animals. Act in accordance with the organization's values. **Responsibilities and duties** 1 *Daily Inspection Routines* Perform the roadway inspection cycle according to the instructions from the Operations Control Center, observing all events that impact or interfere with highway traffic and user safety, reporting any anomalies detected via radio, and when necessary, acting on solutions in compliance with the operator's operational and workplace safety procedures; Drive and operate company equipment as needed and according to operational safety procedures: Light vehicle up to 3.500 PBT (pickup truck, pickup or similar); Report and signal any incident that interferes with or impacts highway operations and traffic safety, such as: Traffic accidents of any kind; Special operations by Highway Police; Maintenance and/or construction works; Unauthorized access openings (commercial or private); Monitor unauthorized occupation of the right-of-way (adjacent properties, stalls, vendors, installation of signs and/or posters, construction); Public demonstrations; Movement of special cargo; Damage to highway property; Remove live or dead animals using appropriate PPE/tools. For small animals, dispose of them according to guidelines; Transport 50-liter fuel cans to generator bases; Perform pothole repairs with cold mix whenever necessary, using appropriate PPE and tools, paying attention to vehicle flow and signaling the area if required. 2 *User Assistance* Remove damaged or accident-involved vehicles from the highway or right-of-way to safe locations, impound lots, service stations, or police stations; Assist users with tire changes; Collect data and take photographic records of incidents according to registration procedures for the OCC, keeping the database updated; When necessary, supervise cargo spill and transfer operations (removing goods from an accident-damaged truck to another), signaling the site according to procedures and using the necessary PPE based on the spilled product. 3 *Safety* Interact and support, when necessary, external agencies (Highway Police, Civil Police, CETESB, Fire Department) during response efforts or when requested by the OCC; Record anomalies and deficiencies in construction and service signage on the highway that do not comply with the construction and service signage manual, photographing the location and requesting work suspension when applicable; Report, monitor, and track the movement of special cargo on the highway, following procedures and completing necessary documentation; Support other traffic teams to perform services quickly and safely, assisting other operators on the roadway. Handle daily incidents in compliance with the operator's operational and workplace safety procedures; Ensure removal of any object from the roadway to safely restore vehicle traffic; 4 *Preventive Maintenance* Perform checklists, reporting anomalies (need for material, tool, signage, or mandatory equipment replacement) and damages to the OCC and Operations Supervisor for follow-up with the Fleet department; Ensure the internal and external cleanliness of the vehicle. Ensure proper use of the vehicle and its equipment, maintaining their integrity; Report any abnormalities in equipment or vehicles, being responsible for completing the daily checklist; Inform supervisors and the control center about incidents involving damage to company or third-party equipment. 5 *Teamwork* Respond to requests from OCC operators regarding services and procedures performed on the highway. Comply with requests made by police officers during highway incidents, without disrespecting or disobeying direct orders.
