Equipment handling and process variable control **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5 days on, 1 day off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform yeast cream bleeding and preparation, paying attention to flow rates and process timing. Control yeast concentration, yeast cream concentration, and centrifuged wine concentration through the centrifugation process, thereby ensuring ideal dry matter concentration and alcohol recovery from the cream. Execute operational procedures in yeast preparation tanks to target final product protein content. Control production by managing pump flow rates. Operate the evaporator to ensure optimal ethanol recovery and ideal dry matter concentration of the cream for subsequent drying. Control process variables to guarantee quantity and quality in yeast drying. Operate exhaust fans to control yeast moisture and temperature. Perform duties in accordance with the company's established safety standards. **Requirements:** Education: Completed High School; Availability for shifts/timing; Residence in Lins, Promissão, or Guaiçara.
