Attention: * Benefits listed apply to Brasília; benefits may vary in other regions; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Properly administer and apply vaccines according to correct technique; * Conduct screening of the patient/client’s vaccination card (current and future), advising on scheduled dates, adverse reactions, and other questions, as well as updating the document; * Manage vaccine inventory; * Verify, monitor, and record batch numbers and expiration dates of immunobiologicals, medications, equipment, and other supplies used in the vaccination room in the Expiry Date Control Logbook; * Monitor, record, and clean temperature logs for refrigerators/environment using forms attached to the refrigerator, per the Quality Manual; * Clean and organize the vaccination room as described in the Vaccination Manual; * Perform vaccine inventory count and control; * Receive, store, and register vaccines received from the cold chamber; * Restock supplies and always keep the collection booth organized; * Carry out analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample verification per the Quality Manual; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Perform other duties relevant to the position; * Ensure confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Nursing Technician course, with active COREN registration, driver’s license class B, and experience driving vehicles. * Knowledge of vaccination room operations.
