**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Rotating shift schedule (5 days on, 1 day off)
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
Lead utility process operations;
Ensure control over water intake and treatment, monitoring the operation of the sewage treatment plant;
Support inventory and logistics management for bagasse;
Support input management;
Analyze water test results (demineralizer, water treatment plant, boilers, and cooling towers) provided by the laboratory;
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities within the area;
Support operational cost management;
Manage operational checklists and LPPs, and support opening and managing tags;
Manage and request materials and resources required for operational and maintenance activities;
Support boiler combustion monitoring;
Accompany technical visits by suppliers and regulatory agencies;
Record and monitor daily operational indicators, pending items, and shift activities.
**Requirements:** **Education:**
Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Sugar and Alcohol, Production, or related fields.
**Experience and Knowledge:**
Experience in industrial utilities;
Experience leading operational teams;
Proficiency in Extraction, Steam Generation, and Water Treatment processes.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in the sugarcane-energy sector
**Other Requirements:**
Reside in Lins, Promissão, or Guaiçara/SP.
Driver's license category B;
Availability to work rotating shifts.
