Job Summary: Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency electromechanical maintenance on industrial equipment used in sand processing, ensuring safety and operational availability. JOB OBJECTIVE** Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency electromechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and machines used in sand processing and handling, ensuring safety, operational availability, and production continuity. **2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial sand machinery (vibrating screens, conveyor belts, motors, gearboxes, pumps, crushers, washers, and auxiliary equipment) * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical failures * Carry out repairs, adjustments, component replacements, and operational testing * Perform maintenance on electrical panels, motors, control systems, and sensors * Perform basic welding and mechanical assembly as required * Support equipment installation, dismantling, and relocation * Comply with preventive maintenance plans and document interventions * Support scheduled shutdowns and emergency responses * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment preservation * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations **3. SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS** * Work in an industrial environment with dust, noise, and exposure to weather conditions * Work in a rural area * **Must reside nearby or be willing/available to relocate to the region**, to ensure prompt response and operational continuity * **Flexible working hours**, including overtime, rotating shifts, and emergency responses **4. WORKPLACE SAFETY** * Use mandatory PPE (helmet, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, safety boots, safety harness where applicable) * Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures * Comply with applicable regulatory standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, NR-35, among others) * Report hazards, failures, and unsafe conditions **5. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical degree in Electromechanics * Proven experience in industrial maintenance * Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and heavy machinery mechanics * Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and diagrams * Experience with mining, quarrying, or sand processing equipment is desirable * Organized, autonomous, and responsible.
