General administrative support to the e-commerce team Requirements: * Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress are a plus) * Basic computer skills (Excel and systems) * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong written communication skills * Proactivity and agility Responsibilities: * Product registration and updates on website and marketplaces * Order tracking and shipping deadline monitoring * Customer service via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and platforms * Inventory control and logistics department support * General administrative support to the e\-commerce team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, etc.) * Experience issuing electronic invoices (NF\-e) * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control Profile: We seek an organized, responsible individual with a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and enthusiasm for working with processes and deadlines are essential.
