* Will be responsible for assisting in axle inspection and geometry; evaluating tire wear and balancing; * Assist in tire inspections with a focus on wear; * Assist in assessing the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and the presence of excessive play in axle housings; * Assist with vehicle suspension/brake systems, 3D alignment and balancing; * Assist in general greasing and lubrication, following a schedule or upon request; * Assist in diagnosing passenger vehicles, replacing parts, and servicing suspension, steering, brakes, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assist in organizing the workplace, maintaining equipment and materials used for work, and keeping the workplace organized and clean; * Comply with company safety regulations; * Responsible for communication with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other activities: suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, cleaning/maintenance and repair of automotive air conditioning. * Request replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Wheel Alignment; * Driver’s license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers, as this role is not for engine mechanics but rather for wheel alignment technicians; * Training in 3D alignment is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Must provide excellent customer service, demonstrating interest in helping customers with any questions.
