We value a welcoming, collaborative environment that encourages professional development. **Responsibilities** * Greet and assist the general public, providing information and directing visitors to the appropriate departments. * Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, record messages, and convey information clearly and courteously. * Register, sort, verify, and distribute documents, controlling incoming and outgoing items in accordance with internal policies. * Complete reports, forms, and spreadsheets; draft correspondence; and collect data to support administrative functions. * Update customer records to ensure information is well-organized. * Receive, collect, and distribute mail, packages, parcels, and messages—both internally and externally. * Serve coffee, tea, or water to customers in the waiting area, ensuring courteous and comfortable service. Provide support and information to internal and external users, identifying the nature of requests and routing them appropriately. * * High school diploma completed. * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and information registration systems. Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 With a 01h12 lunch break
