Come \#BeTirolez! **Responsibilities and Duties** Production supervision plays a fundamental role in production management; Manage people, leading manufacturing and finishing teams, as well as employees across different hierarchical levels (monitors, cheesemakers, operators, and assistants); Monitor key process indicators daily, ensuring product technical specifications are met within productivity, cost, quality, safety, utilities, and deadline parameters; Conduct daily cross-functional coordination with peers from production, quality, maintenance, and procurement, as well as communication with corporate departments such as S\&OP / PCP; Collaborate closely with Engineering and R\&D to strongly support projects; Continuously identify new efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives for production lines; Oversee the entire production process, consistently ensuring: personnel safety, food safety, and optimal operational performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Dairy Science and Technology, Dairy Technician, Production Engineering, Food Science, or related fields; Knowledge/skills: dairy knowledge, people management, and team leadership; Experience: experience in food manufacturing industries, preferably dairy; **Additional Information** **Because we love people, here are the benefits you’ll enjoy as part of the Tirolez team:** * Here, you can allocate your meal allowance as you prefer—splitting it between Meal Voucher and Food Voucher, or choosing just one.
