A key part of our strategy involves scaling customer relationships through mass and personalized communication initiatives—tech-touch journeys, online events, and communities. The Senior Customer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for **leading the Customer Marketing squad**, operating both strategically and hands-on to **drive revenue expansion, customer engagement, and conversion across our customer base**, with strong emphasis on managing **goals, metrics, and results**. This role belongs to the **Customer Success team**, which at Clinicorp is structured into squads (Ongoing, CRM, and Customer Marketing). Customer Marketing focuses on **relationship marketing, creative campaigns, online events, community building, and conversion materials**. The CM squad comprises six people—distributed across roles including designer, copywriter, community manager, social media specialist, and event production. In this position, you will have direct interaction with: * The **Ongoing squad**: generating inbound demand for the Expansion team; producing graphic and audiovisual materials for operations; editing training videos. * The **CRM squad**: segmented tech-touch journeys, automations, workflows, and HubSpot data management. * The **Marketing teams**—for organizing online and in-person events and aligning communications—and **Product & PMM teams**—for orchestrating initiatives around the company’s multi-product portfolio. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and manage Customer Marketing performance goals and KPIs aligned with objectives for revenue expansion, engagement, and customer retention. * Plan, execute, and optimize **creative relationship marketing campaigns**, focusing on metrics such as registrations, hand-raisers, and funnel-stage conversions. * Lead the production and execution of **results-oriented online events** (webinars, workshops, product launches, and educational events), tracking participation, conversion, and revenue impact metrics. * Create and execute **relationship marketing campaigns targeted at our customer base**, prioritizing revenue expansion while maintaining focus on retention and engagement. * Plan and execute **conversion-focused online events**, such as webinars, workshops, product launches, and educational events. * Develop and scale the **customer community**, increasing participation, engagement, and impact. * Produce and coordinate creation of conversion materials, including: * Promotional videos * Creative assets (cards, visuals, campaigns) * Training and activation videos and content * Build and evolve the **subscriber area**, delivering personalized experiences and content tailored to distinct customer profiles. * Collaborate with the CRM squad to **creatively enhance communication journeys**, using performance data for continuous optimization. * Orchestrate cross-functional communication initiatives, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all multi-product offerings. * Lead and develop the Customer Marketing team, ensuring quality, impact focus, and strategic alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in **Customer Marketing or Relationship Marketing**. * Essential experience in **SaaS and the technology market**. * A **creative, performance-driven profile**, focused on conversion. * Experience with **online events geared toward opportunity generation and expansion**. * Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams. * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders. * Analytical capability and metrics-driven management. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Customer Success**. * Experience in companies with **multi-product portfolios**. * Experience managing **customer communities** and leveraging data to optimize campaigns. * Experience applying **AI to communication and customer experience**. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** -------------------------- And what benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
