THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Communication Analyst - Business Partner (Mid-Level)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift arrangements will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates declining the position due to the assigned work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Acts as a Communication Business Partner, serving as the focal point for relationship management between requesting departments and internal and external production structures. Plans, analyzes, prioritizes, and monitors communication requests, ensuring technical feasibility, strategic alignment, deadline compliance, and efficient use of productive capacity. Supports management decision-making through indicator analysis, managerial reports, and tactical recommendations, adhering to institutional guidelines of entities comprising the Transportation System – CNT, SEST SENAT, and ITL.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations\*\* .\*\*
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in communication and marketing routines\*\* .\*\*
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title correlates with the position required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.

Specialization/Certification in Communication, Marketing, or Project Management

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
