We are seeking a professional with an analytical and organized profile, who demonstrates initiative, technical curiosity, and interest in continuous development within the accounting field. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Performing **accounting classification and journal entries** for company operations; * Executing **bank reconciliations**, identifying and resolving discrepancies; * Supporting **accounts payable and accounts receivable management**, ensuring alignment between finance and accounting; * Assisting in **tax management and calculation**, performing verifications and accounting recordings; * Supporting **internal audit activities**, organizing documents and information; * Providing support during **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings**, ensuring deadlines are met and information remains consistent. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Work location:** Lourdes **Work modality:** On-site **To join our team, you should ideally:** * Hold a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Accounting**; * Have knowledge of **accounting routines** and reconciliations; * Possess basic understanding of **financial closing procedures and tax calculations**; * Have intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Prior experience in accounting firms or mid-sized companies; * Experience conducting internal or external audits; Familiarity with the NG system (Keevo). * **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
