




Job Summary: This role involves daily research on public portals, support in bidding processes, assistance to the Customer Success and Sales teams, and support in presentations and budgetary controls. A light-hearted and relaxed work environment What will be your role? * Conduct daily research on public procurement portals such as Conlicitação, Petronect, Official Gazettes, and other applicable public portals; * Support bidding processes, including monitoring clarification publications, official notices, and results; * Provide internal support to the Customer Success team, including registration, updating, and maintenance of information on client portals (e.g., PRESTSERV); * Support the Sales team in gathering internal information, as well as registering, updating, and maintaining data in the Salesforce CRM (e.g., customer and contact registration); * Support the opening and tracking of service tickets via the Legal Manager tool; * Assist the strategic team in preparing institutional and commercial presentations using PowerPoint, and in budgetary controls—proficiency in Excel is required; * Provide support for other administrative and operational tasks within the Sales department, as needed.
