BRN is the realization of aspirations and the construction of a better future for everyone. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct visits to residences requesting technical assistance, assess client needs, and identify issues requiring resolution. * Prepare technical reports confirming the validity or invalidity of maintenance requests, providing detailed information on diagnoses and recommended solutions. * Accompany experts in judicial proceedings, providing technical support and necessary documentation to substantiate legal processes. * Contact residence owners to address questions, schedule visits, and verify availability for maintenance team servicing. * Coordinate the maintenance team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Monitor inventory items, identify restocking needs, and request/purchase required materials for service execution. * Perform measurements of contractors and issue invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and recording of performed activities. * Maintain daily contact with the maintenance team, attend weekly meetings with the manager and the customer service coordinator, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations. * Contact residence owners weekly during maintenance services, providing updates on work progress and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage the team’s schedule via spreadsheets, ensuring efficient management of time and available resources **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in construction sites is desirable.
