#### **About the vacancy:** The Young Apprentice Program in the Supermarket/Wholesale Store sector aims to provide young people with the opportunity to enter the labor market, developing professional and personal skills in a practical and theoretical learning environment. The apprentice will work across various areas of the company, receiving continuous guidance and training for their growth, contributing to the efficient operation of the supermarket or wholesale store. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist with administrative and operational activities according to the assigned area within the supermarket or wholesale store. * Collaborate with the team, carrying out assigned tasks responsibly, organizedly, and proactively. * Engage in customer service, restocking merchandise, organizing products, and supporting routine operations across different departments. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Age between 14 and 24 years. * Have completed or currently be enrolled in and regularly attending school (High School or equivalent). * Availability to comply with the working hours established by the apprenticeship program. * Interest in learning and developing professional skills in the retail sector. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Basic computer skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, organization, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in teams and strong interpersonal skills. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Medical assistance. * Life insurance. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday to Friday. * 4 days per week at the company, with a daily workload of 5 hours, plus 1 day per week at SENAC, with a workload of 4 hours.
