Job Summary: We are seeking a Communication and Sustainability Analyst to support socio-environmental projects, community campaigns, and partner relations, contributing to the institutional image. We currently have an opening for a Communication and Sustainability Analyst to work at our administrative headquarters, within an environment that values safety, organization, and teamwork. We rely on integrated teams supported by leadership, focused on maintaining an organized, safe, and respectful workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning and execution of socio-environmental projects (environmental education, social responsibility, and road safety); * Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and community initiatives; * Support relationship management with institutional partners, public agencies, and civil society; * Contribute to collecting and analyzing socio-environmental data and indicators; * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and activity records; * Support the concessionaire’s sustainability initiatives; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements; * Support departmental administrative processes (procurement, controls, and organization); * Strengthen the institutional image through socio-environmental actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Experience in environmental education and social responsibility projects; * Written and verbal communication skills for engaging with institutional partners, public agencies, and communities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience organizing events, educational campaigns, and community activities. * Residency in Lins/SP. * **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Interest in ESG topics (social responsibility and sustainable development). * Experience in institutional relations and engagement with public authorities. * Experience in road safety projects. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Plan **\-** Employee and dependents; * MetLife Dental Plan \- Employee and dependents; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Alelo Food or Meal Voucher.
