Together, we always deliver our best. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Perform daily billing, ensuring all requests are processed within deadlines; * Analyze registration, value, and contract discrepancies, correcting inconsistencies prior to invoice issuance; * Issue service and RPS invoices according to each municipality’s rules and system configurations; * Validate and monitor automated and manual billing workflows, ensuring adherence to internal policies; * Resolve issues impacting invoice issuance—such as registration errors, missing documents, or configuration inconsistencies; * Monitor municipal government feedback, ensuring rejections are addressed and resubmitted within deadlines; * Support internal teams and partner areas (registration, collections, operations, customer service) on billing-related inquiries; * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, proposing improvements to optimize workflow; * Support structuring, reviewing, and standardizing billing processes; * Ensure integrity of tax information and compliance with applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Profile** * Knowledge of billing, collections, or financial processes * Experience with SAP or ERP systems * Experience in service or healthcare companies * Basic knowledge of KPIs and controls **Advantages** * Experience in receivables management * Knowledge of Power BI and KPI analysis * Experience handling high-volume billing or multi-brand environments **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration or related fields * Residency in Cascavel/PR or willingness to work onsite * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience in administrative/financial routines **Additional Information** **Location: Cascavel - PR** **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or on-site cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development & Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
