Perform technical specifications, technical evaluations, and provide all necessary technical support to the procurement area during the hiring process of equipment and services. Monitor and supervise suppliers and assistant engineers during project implementation. Ensure the safety of employees, suppliers, and good operational practices during project execution. Guarantee work is carried out according to engineering designs and the quality agreed upon with suppliers. Conduct weekly monitoring of physical and financial schedules, reporting status on a weekly basis. Hold weekly meetings with suppliers to track project pending items. Receive, review, and approve daily construction reports from suppliers.
