Provide assistance and guidance via the Movidesk ticketing system regarding software and hardware usage, performing necessary maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions for all employees; 2\. Configure IT equipment to align with required programs and applications; 3\. Analyze daily whether all information technology resources are fully operational at the facility; 4\. Provide remote technical support to users via LogMeIn; 5\. Monitor and resolve software issues related to installation and proper usage, performing repairs when necessary; 6\. Perform maintenance on the wireless network infrastructure of the manufacturing facility whenever required; 7\. Monitor daily appropriate use and functionality of the corporate internet network, antivirus, and antispam systems; 8\. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment according to the schedule defined by the IT department; 9\. Monitor, configure, and provide support for Network Assets; 10\.
