




Job Summary: Datacenter professional responsible for maintaining environments, responding to incidents, and monitoring devices, with a focus on support and infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Datacenter environment maintenance and optimal operation 2. Customer support and interaction with technical teams 3. Monitoring of devices and operating systems (Windows/Linux) **Responsibilities:** Maintain and ensure optimal operation of Datacenter environments; * Perform daily tasks such as: rounds to identify anomalies within the DC, assembly of equipment consoles, installation setup for backup systems, equipment receiving/shipment, and cable organization within racks; * Respond to customer requests and incidents at the first level. Interact with other technical teams, performing internal escalations and engaging partners/suppliers; * Create/review internal processes and procedures, and occasionally reports or changes; * Monitor various devices including Servers/Load Balancers/Databases. Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, virtual and physical environments, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP protocols, Cisco environment, L2/L3 switches, Load Balancers); * * Familiarity with SNMP, monitoring tools such as HP Open View, backup operations, and general infrastructure. **Requirements:** Proficiency in Windows and Linux for server support and installation; familiarity with UTP and optical connections (basic to intermediate level); * Familiarity with computer peripherals (HDD, memory, CPU, cards); * Intermediate English (conversation); * Bachelor’s degree in technology or IT, completed or in progress; * * Availability to work rotating shifts (Hybrid).
