Dynamic, analytical, and proactive approach We are looking for an **IT Assistant** to deliver technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and the company’s information technology infrastructure. We seek a **dynamic, analytical, and proactive individual with strong communication skills**, eager to learn and collaborate with the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, configure, and assemble computers for users; * Provide technical support for **hardware and software**; * Provide support for **telephones, thermal printers, and UPS units**; * Request and monitor third-party support for **leased laser printers**; * Provide user support via **telephone and remote access**, assisting with daily IT-related requests. **Mandatory Requirements: Basic knowledge of:** * Active Directory * Linux * Windows Server * Networking * Printers * Remote support **Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT** (preferred). **Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM** **Benefits**: Salary R$ 2.572,99 + 8% productivity bonus Meal Card: R$650.00 On-site meal for R$5.06 Internal parking; leisure area with billiards and other games.
