Job Summary: The professional will handle engineering service demands with a focus on Instrumentation for Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units, including project monitoring and execution, preparation and revision of technical specifications, failure analysis, and technical support. Technical support for electronic and instrumentation systems **Description:** Providing engineering service support with emphasis on Instrumentation for Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring/executing projects within the area of emphasis—including new units, operational improvements (Retrofits), and electronic and instrumentation systems. * Preparing, adapting, and/or revising technical specifications for electronic and instrumentation system projects. * Conducting failure and operational risk analyses, as well as investigating accidents and incidents involving electronic and instrumentation systems. * Providing technical support for electronic and instrumentation systems to operational units. * Field supervision of commissioning and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for electronic and instrumentation systems in the fertilizer scope. * Preparing and/or correcting procedures for field instrument calibration and/or maintenance. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – Registration with the Professional Regulatory Council (CREA); **Years of Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience working in electronic, instrumentation, and/or control maintenance engineering; Experience in instrumentation and control systems for refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing stations, mining operations, and steel mills is desirable. Analytical instrumentation knowledge is desirable. **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Knowledge of failure analysis in instrumentation and control systems; * Ability to develop and revise technical specifications for industrial instrumentation system modernization projects, establishing solutions and recommendations for recurring failures, equipment obsolescence, and required adaptations. * Solid knowledge of modernization, improvement, and adaptation projects for Instrumentation systems. * Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) * Intermediate-level knowledge of pressure, flow, level, and temperature instrument calibration. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Comprehensive knowledge of failure analysis techniques (e.g., Fault Tree Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.). * Knowledge of Fire and Gas Detection Systems **Salary:** R$ 14.901,55 **Benefits:** Meal allowance, dental plan, and health insurance covering spouse and children up to age 21 (only co-payment deducted), life insurance **Work Regime:** Remote work with occasional visits to factories (Aracaju/SE or Salvador/BA) – 44 hours per week
