Provide support to the HR department. Manage employee timekeeping records. Organize documents and maintain updated files. Support hiring, termination, and benefits processes. Support financial routines, including data entry. Manage payment and receipt tracking. Organize files and prepare reports. Provide internal support and organize daily operational demands. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
