Provide technical support to customers/users; Guide support departments; Engage third-party support when necessary. Install and configure hardware and software; Document Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Perform hardware and software maintenance, including mouse and keyboard replacement, hard drive formatting, and installation and updating of operating systems; Close and record technical tickets, pending issues, and completed services.
