Performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5 days on / 1 day off **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate tractors/vehicles and other agricultural machinery during field operations; * Handle irrigation equipment (e.g., center pivot and emergency irrigation); * Operate and correctly interpret onboard equipment instruments; * Perform basic adjustments and minor preventive maintenance on equipment under their responsibility; * Carry out routine cleaning, inspection, and testing of equipment; * Read and interpret maps and operational instructions, adjusting operation according to field characteristics; * Record performed activities to ensure operational control and traceability; * Complete checklists and log equipment status during operation; * Support other agricultural processes during both harvest and off-season, as required by operational needs. **Requirements:** * Driver’s license Category D; * Residency in Lins; * Availability for flexible hours and shifts; * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics; * Experience with irrigation is a plus; * Ability to read and interpret control panels, graphs, and tables. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Pharmacy allowance, Performance bonus, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
