With infrastructure designed to support and inspire our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and coordinate water intake operations from underground sources (wells) and surface sources (rivers, lakes, reservoirs), and all stages of the water treatment process. * Supervise physical-chemical and biological treatment processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and potability and environmental standards. * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations and other applicable legislation. * Guarantee chemical input stock levels and optimal chemical dosing, including deviation correction. * Monitor water quality parameters and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Monitor operational performance and water quality indicators and promote continuous improvement of water intake and treatment processes. * Plan and execute watershed preservation and recovery initiatives. * Prepare technical and managerial reports on water production. * Interface with regulatory agencies (inspections and audits) and other company departments to ensure compliance and efficiency. * Implement preventive measures against environmental and occupational hazards. * Knowledge of water treatment processes (coagulation, flocculation, filtration, disinfection, fluoridation). * Knowledge of environmental legislation and water quality standards (e.g., Brazilian Ministry of Health Ordinance GM/MS No. 888/2021). * Manage technical and operational teams, promoting training, development, and team engagement to achieve goals. * Leadership skills, team management capabilities, and agile, assertive decision-making to resolve operational issues. * Experience managing water intake and treatment systems (WTPs/WTPUs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate qualification in the field is an advantage * Active registration with the relevant professional council * National Driver’s License – CNH Category B * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and people management * Socio-environmental responsibility * Results orientation and continuous improvement * Agile and assertive decision-making * Technical rigor and attention to detail * Planning and organization * Communication and institutional relationship management * Flexibility and adaptability **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Medical Assistance Private Pension Plan Meal Allowance (VR) and Food Allowance (VA) Transportation Allowance Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR \*\*\* **Work Location: Lins/SP** The new Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
