As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for driving corporate goal management through the Guidelines-Based Management (GBM) methodology, performing critical analysis of results, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions—with autonomy and an integrated perspective—to support business area decision-making. \#LI\-FF1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute the deployment of strategic goals to tactical and operational levels, applying the GBM methodology with autonomy and an integrated view of organizational objectives. * Conduct in-depth analysis of performance indicators using advanced Excel and BI tools to identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and anticipate risks impacting results. * Lead critical analysis meetings with managers, presenting evidence-based diagnostics and recommendations to support sound decisions and process improvement. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and root cause analysis, structuring action plans and monitoring their execution to ensure solution effectiveness and sustainability. * Support business areas in defining and reviewing goals, promoting alignment with strategic objectives and ensuring consistency in result measurement. * Consolidate and validate goal results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established criteria, serving as the technical reference in the assessment process. * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations with clarity and objectivity, translating data into relevant insights for various organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of goal-deployment methodologies (GBM, OKR), indicator management, and continuous improvement tools such as PDCA and root cause analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (including dashboards and modeling), Power BI, and performance management systems. * Intermediate English for reading technical materials and communicating with corporate departments. **Additional Information** **What is the selection process like at PRIO?** We like getting to know you before the interview, so we ask you to complete some assessments during the registration stage to evaluate your cultural fit with PRIO :) Next, our HR team will schedule a conversation with you.
