A culture that celebrates passion for learning Grupo SEB is hiring a **SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze cash flow, tracking inflows and outflows of resources, preparing short- and medium-term projections, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations; * Execute and oversee treasury routines, including bank balance control, financial transactions, and daily cash position management; * Perform journal entries and process payments in internal systems and banking platforms, ensuring compliance with internal policies, agreed deadlines, and correct financial classification; * Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, identifying inconsistencies, implementing necessary adjustments, and ensuring the integrity of financial information; * Support financial risk management by monitoring exposures related to foreign exchange fluctuations, interest rates, and other market factors; * Prepare managerial reports on cash flow, financial position, and performance indicators, contributing analytical insights to support decision-making; * Manage operational relationships with financial institutions, supporting negotiations and seeking cost optimization and improved banking terms; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in financial routines and/or Treasury, preferably within a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment. * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system will be considered an advantage. * Intermediate-level English proficiency for reading, writing, and professional communication. * Basic or intermediate Spanish proficiency will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work Modality: On-site — at the Administrative Headquarters With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, Grupo SEB has established itself as a vibrant, global, and multicultural community grounded in educational excellence.
