Grupo SEB is hiring a **SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage daily cash positions across group companies, monitoring balances, financial transactions, and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations. * Monitor and control inflows and outflows of funds, ensuring accurate execution of the financial flow and supporting treasury management efficiency. * Administer financial contracts related to debt and insurance, tracking deadlines, contractual terms, and financial obligations. * Manage bank and related-party indebtedness, monitoring payment schedules, finance charges, and leverage indicators. * Prepare and analyze financial management reports—including cash position, indebtedness, and financial investments—providing analytical support to management. * Support the company’s financial and strategic planning through data consolidation, financial analysis, and generation of insights for decision-making. * Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Audit teams to ensure information alignment, process compliance, and accuracy of financial records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience in finance, preferably in Treasury. * Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, including preparation and analysis of financial spreadsheets. * Experience with financial calculations and analyses related to cash flow, indebtedness, and financial investments. * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) – Treasury will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Employment Type: On-site — at the Administrative Headquarters With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, Grupo SEB has established itself as a global, vibrant, multicultural community grounded in educational excellence.
