Your main responsibilities will include: Level 1 and Level 2 Support: responding to incidents and handling requests, ensuring availability and security for both external clients and our internal environment. Fortinet Administration: configuring and managing FortiGate (firewall rules, VPN, SD-WAN, security policies). Multi-Technology: beyond Fortinet, you will also work with other network security solutions (switches, proxies, and monitoring tools). Project Support: actively participating in implementations, migrations, and network architecture improvements. **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer computing environments and participate in defining the technological architecture for network security. * Propose and implement security enhancements across network assets. * Monitor and respond to security events and alerts from environment control tools. * Identify, respond to, and mitigate information security and data protection incidents. * Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities and security gaps across information assets. * Support the development and updating of procedures, standards, policies, and other environmental documentation. * Support risk management across network assets. * Support internal and external audit execution. * Support user training and awareness initiatives related to network security. * Administer configurations of network security control tools within the environment, such as: FIREWALL, WAF, NAC, NDR, ZTNA, WEBFILTER, SECURE SDWAN, IDS/IPS. * Participate in internal and client-facing project implementations. * Support analysis of data behavior concerning cyberattacks and their consequences, under normal conditions, seasonal events, or crisis situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Information Security Frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST, MITRE, CIS CONTROLS) Incident identification and response processes Best practices in network segmentation and microsegmentation concepts. FIREWALL, WAF, NAC, NDR, ZTNA, WEBFILTER, SECURE SDWAN, IDS/IPS tools. Windows, Linux, and Container operating systems. Strong communication, organization, and accountability. **Preferred Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in technology or information security fields. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
