Requirements: **What You’ll Do Here:** * Conduct **individual sessions** with students from the 2.0 product, focused on career advancement and employability; * Lead mentoring sessions for **LinkedIn profile structuring and optimization, resumes, and cover letters;** * Conduct **mock interviews** and individual follow-ups, supporting mentees’ professional development; * Ensure an **agile, human-centered** service experience with a high standard of quality; * Record information and metrics from each session in internal **tracking spreadsheets** and in the **RD (journey management system);** * **Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CS) team**, respecting established workflows, deadlines, and standards; * Help reduce students’ wait time, **maintaining consistency and excellence in service delivery.** **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in **career mentoring** (mandatory); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** (mandatory); * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (preferred); * Minimum English proficiency level: **B2** (preferred); * Experience in the **technology industry** or with tech professionals (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies** * **Organized, data-driven profile;** * Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to reports and documentation; * Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into existing workflows; * Commitment to **punctuality and deadlines;** * Flexibility and resilience to operate in a startup-paced environment; * Active listening, empathy, and accountability for the mentee’s journey.
